Founded in 2022, PT Solusi Medika Bangsa operates in the healthcare industry as a distributor of medical devices such as Comen, Shrek Medical, JONCN Trolley, and Vanry. Solmed also imports medical goods to hospital requirements and supplies consumables — from cleaning goods and hand soap to alcohol hand sanitizer.

What is SEMAI?
SEMAI (Sistem Elektronik Manajemen ART Indonesia) is an information system for fertility and IVF clinics: records and cycle management for IVF/ICSI/FET/IUI, embryology and andrology laboratory, cryo storage, cashier and accounting, and SATUSEHAT integration. The public demo is at ivfcenter.indonesiasehat.web.id.
What is PUTIK?
PUTIK (Pemantauan Ultrasonografi Terpadu Ibu & Kandungan) is an information system for maternal-fetal medicine and antenatal clinics: 3D/4D fetomaternal ultrasound with structured fetal biometry following ISUOG guidance, growth charts, first-trimester screening, print-ready ultrasound reports, records, cashier, and SATUSEHAT integration. The public demo is at mfm.indonesiasehat.web.id.
Is it connected to SATUSEHAT?
Yes. Patients, encounters, diagnoses and observations are sent as FHIR R4 resources per Indonesian regulation PMK 24/2022. The patient's IHS ID is stored in the record and the status of each submission is visible on screen, so failures can be resent rather than quietly disappearing.
How is AI used?
In three places: AI-assisted embryo grading via EmbryoVault (a suggested Gardner grade; the embryologist decides), an AI assistant that answers from the clinic library you upload yourself, with citations, and AI Scribe, which turns the consultation into a SOAP draft for the doctor to edit. Clinical decisions stay with the clinician.
Can documents be checked for authenticity?
Yes. Visit summaries, prescriptions, doctor's letters, receipts, cashier notes, reports and forms carry a QR code and a check code. Scanning opens a public verification page confirming the document was issued by that clinic and has not been altered, without showing any medical content.
Can other systems such as an ERP or hospital system connect?
Yes, through a FHIR R4 API with tokens issued by the clinic admin. A token only opens the scopes that were ticked, can be revoked at any time, and every call is recorded in the audit trail.
What else does PT Solusi Medika Bangsa do?
